GENERAL CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS
In order to participate in all of the Budapest Shooting experience shooting programmes and to book your participation date, you must agree to the following points.
1.) General
By booking, our guests automatically accept our Terms and Conditions. If someone (also) books for or on behalf of others, it is the responsibility of the person making the booking to inform the other participants of these conditions. To make a booking, please send us the information that is also on our booking form: number of participants, package(s) chosen, date(s), contact details of the person making the booking (email, telephone number). Bookings are only final after we have confirmed them in writing (email)!
2.) Reservation
2.2 Reservations can be freely modified or cancelled in writing, no later than 72 hours before the start of the event finalised in the valid reservation, by sending an email to info@budapestshooting.eu. As with the original booking, no modifications or cancellations are valid until our written (email) confirmation is sent! 2.3 Amendments may apply to the number of participants, to the experience packages selected, or to the date of the event. 2.4 Amendments within 72 hours of the start of the originally booked programme cannot be guaranteed and we reserve the right to proceed with the original programme in such cases. 2.5 In the event of cancellation or no-show within 72 hours of the start of the originally booked programme, the deposit is non-refundable and will be retained in any event subject to cancellation charges. 2.7 The booking ID or name may be requested on the spot. 2.8 Budapest Shooting reserves the right to change the availability of weapons for maintenance and alterations. Booked dates and unavailable guns included in the package may be cancelled or exchanged after prior notice. 2.9 These terms and conditions are automatically accepted even if the booking is made by telephone or on the spot.
3.) Prices and payment
3.1 The price of the shooting experience is listed on the Budapest Shooting website and is per person.3.2 Bookings can be made via the Budapest Shooting website or on the spot. 3.3 After payment of the deposit, the remaining balance is payable on site before the shooting starts. 3.4 In the case of on-site, personal reservations, full payment will be requested, which can be paid in cash, by credit card or SZÉP card. In the case of online pre-booking, the amount not debited with the shooting guide fee (at the rate of 5.400,- Ft [15 €] per package) is payable - only by credit card. The remaining fee (5.400,- Ft. per standard package) must be paid on the spot before the shooting starts ONLY IN CASH. In case of cancellation at least 72 hours before the event, neither the deposit nor the full amount of the package is refundable. A voucher for the amount of the package can be requested, which can be used and transferred within 1 year. Your card will not be charged until the booking is finalised and confirmed in writing (email), but finalisation of the booking is not possible without prior payment of this deposit. Both VISA and MasterCard cards are accepted. In case of payment by card, the amounts will be deducted in HUF according to the current bank HUF-EUR exchange rate.5 Our prices are fixed, per person and per package, and include 27% Hungarian VAT and all shooting related costs, including but not limited to: safety equipment (eye and hearing protection), range, equipment and weapon inspection, mandatory basic safety training, ammunition, targets and continuous range supervisor supervision. 3.6 We guarantee that our prices will not change following our written confirmation and that there will be no hidden costs associated with confirmed experience shooting packages. Any extra requests other than those finalised are payable on the spot and are subject to availability, capacity, safety considerations and other factors.
4.) Safety
4.1 Everyone uses the Budapest Shooting Shooting Experience at their own risk. 4.2 Budapest Shooting accepts no liability for injuries sustained on the premises. 4.3 All members of the group are obliged to accept the rules of the group, to cooperate with the staff and to practice a sober and responsible behaviour. 4.4 Injuries caused to the venue or property as a result of intentional or improper use may be paid for by Budapest Shooting employees on the premises. 4.5 Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs or exhibiting inappropriate behaviour may be excluded from the game.
5.) Age restrictions
5.1 Participation in the experiential shooting is open to persons over the age of 18. Exceptions are persons over the age of 16 who are members of a shooting sports association and hold a valid competition licence issued by a national shooting sports association (for club membership and competition licence, please email info@budapestshooting.eu). 5.2 Persons over the age of 14 but under the age of 18 must have the personal presence and consent of at least one parent or guardian, as required by law, to participate in the shoot. 5.3 No person under the age of 14 may participate in any form of recreational shooting.
Gift vouchers
Give your family or friends the experience of a lifetime and buy them a personalised, pre-paid gift voucher for any of our adventure shooting packages. All you have to do is send us an email to info@budapestshooting.eu with the relevant details (name of the person you are gifting and the name and number of the package(s) you have chosen). Gift vouchers must be paid in advance by bank transfer in HUF or EUR. Once the payment is received, we will send you the gift vouchers by email in printable format, which are personalised, non-refundable and valid for one calendar year from the date of issue.
Legal declaration
As required by law, all our guests wishing to participate in recreational shooting must sign a registration book, which contains important safety and legal declarations.
